The old and the new

Thanks to our good friends at Huntingdon Audi, we've taken a few photographs to compare the old and new, pitting our Audi 90 2.3 SE up against the latest Audi A4 Quattro. The results made us feel slightly inadequate, as it became immediately apparent how much progress has been made since 1990.

We checked thoroughly, and the A4 had accurate mileage, an intact windscreen, stable mirrors, the correct rev counter and speedometer dials, all the correct body parts. What it didn't have is an odour that says "parked in a field for three months" like our 90 does.

We'll take that as a win.

This is now the last chance to see the 90 in its natural state as in just a few hours it'll be on it's way to the guys at Mitchell Signs to be decorated, ready for Bangers4BEN.

Assuming it survives the drive...
